Mission Statement
The mission of the Special Troops Battalion, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, "Centurions," is to train and on order deploy C4ISR assets, and receive and integrate C2's attachments to enable the 1st Brigade Combat Team to conduct full spectrum operations worldwide. By providing intelligence, signal, military police, and Nuclear-Biological-Chemical (NBC) reconnaissance capabilities at brigade level, the Brigade Special Troops Battalion plays a valuable role supporting the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division.
