We do this through "mission focused" training. Standards combined with a common sense approach steer training and currency and relevance are our guiding principals. Relevant, mission-tailored training produces leaders and service members who are confident, competent and disciplined in their skills, knowledge and abilities. We get all we can out of the mobilized service members during their time spent at the mobilization center. We want them to sweat in training so they don't bleed in combat. There are no rear areas in the War on Terrorism, so every service member must be a warrior first.
