901st Contingency Contracting Battalion

Mission Statement:

The battalion’s mission was global and split two continents. In Europe, the battalion was responsible for executing contingency, operational, and sustainment contracting in support of the US Army Europe and 7th Army, and as directed to the US European and US Africa Commands. Within the continental United States, the battalion was responsible for assisting supported commands with contracting requirements planning and executing contracting actions when deployed in support of contingency operations synchronizing and integrating contracting support provided by contingency contracting teams and LOGCAP.
