38th Engineer Company

To continue being the best!!

The 38th Engineers was first organized on 15 July 1942 in the Regular Army at Fort Riley, Kansas, as Echo Company, 9th Armored Engineer Battalion, 9th Armored Division. The unit was deactivated and reactivated several times throughout the years and earned several distinguished honors through multiple wars. It was finally reactivated as the 38th Engineer Company and was assigned 01 June 2006 to the 4th Brigade Combat Team, 2d Infantry Division at Fort Lewis, Washington.
